The month of June is dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus
Faith Formation Updates…
Grade/Level 7 – Grade/Level 7 Confirmation interviews take place the first week of June. Grade/Level 7 young disciples must complete a confirmation interview in order to proceed to sacrament prep Year 2 along with completing all other requirements. Grade/Level 8 registration forms MUST be completed by all Faith Formation and Academy students in Grade/Level 7 seeking the sacrament of confirmation in Grade/Level 8. Special Grade 8 registration forms were emailed to all families on May 2nd. All 3 pages of the Grade 8 registration forms must be completed and returned to the Faith Formation office by June 30th!
ALL Grades were to complete their My Catholic Faith Delivered coursework by May 15th. Report cards are being printed and will be mailed during the month of June. Anyone not satisfactorily completing their coursework will not advance to the next grade level. All chapters must be completed with a 65% or better in order to advance into the next year.
June 7th is the Feast of Corpus Christi. This is also known as the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Jesus. Join us following the 9:30 am Mass on June 7th for a Eucharistic Procession around the church grounds followed by Benediction in the Church garden. All Grade/Level 2 children who received their communion in May are expected to attend wearing their communion dresses or suits.
In person registration begins on June 8th and continues through June 17th. Anyone registering into our program for the first time MUST contact the Faith Formation office prior to registering into our program. A baptismal certificate is required for all children in our program.
Our call to weekly Sunday Mass continues throughout the summer!

Please remember to practice (at a minimum) the basic Catholic prayers of The Our Father, The Hail Mary, and the Glory Be individually (or ideally as a family) each and every day (and night)!
Faith Formation coursework…
My Catholic Faith Delivered – Chapters must be passed with a 65% or better on each assessment and sufficient time to absorb the material must be taken (minimum 15-20 minutes) with chapters done on a weekly basis over the course of the school year.
Note: A 65% or better is required on Post-Assessment and Unit Tests in My Catholic Faith Delivered (MCFD) to get credit for the year’s work. You may find more information on MCFD on our homepage under the MCFD dropdown.
